Danielle Cohen
Danielle has a broad range of experience in commercial contract creation and litigation. Danielle began her legal career at the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig where as early as her first year practicing law, she was selected to second-chair a week long multi-million dollar jury trial with a favorable outcome. Danielle also participated in the successful $5 billion dollar representation of an international beverage company. Danielle focuses her practice on corporate contract creation and corporate litigation. Areas of Experience • Development of themes to strategize defense • Prepare for defense of multi-billion dollar trial under the direction of Barry S. Richard • Management of voluminous documents using both in-house and outside vendors • Coordinate and prepare effective and persuasive demonstratives for trial • Continual consideration of the business implications of litigation to clients
